Hot Hunks Ladies Nights Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation of this Contract shall be as follows;
   a) More than 28 days from the performance date; No fee payable.
   b) Between 22-28 days from the performance date; 25% of the fee.
   c) Between 15-21 days from the performance date; 50% of the fee.
   d) Between 1-14 days from the performance date; The full fee will be payable.
2. The artistes agree that the fee is inclusive of all expenses, holiday entitlements, travelling expenses to and from the venue and covers any payments whatsoever.
   
3. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
   
4. The artistes warrant that all equipment is in good working order, and fit for its purpose, and that no part of the performance is likely to be a danger to the artistes or any other person/s.
   
5. The adjustment of the volume and sound level of any equipment shall be as the venue reasonably requires.
   
6. No fee shall be payable to the artistes for any day upon which this engagement shall be suspended by reason of Royal Demise, National Mourning, Fire, Epidemic, War, Strikes, lockout or by reason of order of any Licensing or Public Authority however copies of any order must be provided to the artistes.
   
7. The artistes at the time of signing this contract shall not be under any contract to a third party that might preclude him/her from fulfilling the engagement.
   
8. The show shall contain adult humour and full frontal male nudity. It is the responsibility of the venue to ensure all persons attending are aged 18 years or over and any permits or legal notices have been attained and adhered to. The artistes accept no liability in this matter.
   
9. In signing this contract the venue agrees to the terms and conditions laid down, and consents to paying the stated deposit within 7 days of the engagement.
   
10. All artiste/s are responsible for their own TAX & N.I.contributions and are considered to be self employed.
    
11. The venue shall be responsible for the provision of mains electricity in the performing area.
    
12. Should the venue charge  an entrance fee to the public, the venue will allow the artistes a reasonable number of guests with free passes.
    
13. The artistes will provide all necessary music/costumes/backing tracks etc for the performance.
    
14. Unless stated the venue will provide a good quality P.A. system.
    
15. The venue will provide one clean, lockable dressing room with good lighting and adequate security for the duration of the performances.
    
16. Fees not received on or before the performance date may incur interest and/or be passed to debt collection agents after 14 days.
    
17. This contract reflecting the terms and conditions as verbally agreed shall be deemed accepted only when it is signed and returned in 7 days. If the contract has not been signed and returned and no written objection is received WITHIN 14 days of it’s issue, then the terms verbally agreed shall constitute a binding agreement.
    
18. This contract is made and issued in the U.K. and any/all disputes which may arise shall be judged and arbitrated under the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
